After preparing all necessary documents, you need to apply at the Korea Visa Application Center KVAC (Korea Visa Application Center):
1. Information on KVAC in Hanoi

Time to apply for visa & return visa
The below visa & visa application schedule applies to all types of visas. Particularly for 5-year visas, they will have to apply online.
- For individuals applying for a visa: Submit and pay on weekdays, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Tuesday & Thursday to 19:00)
- For service companies: Submit and pay on weekdays as individuals, in addition to receiving and paying visas on Saturdays (09: 00 ~ 11: 30)
