- NA5 form with certification of the local police where the foreigner temporarily resides in Vietnam.

- The original passport of the foreigner is still valid.

- Work permit or work permit exemption.

- Certificate of temporary residence of the local police where the foreigner temporarily resides in Vietnam.

4. Visa extension dossier for foreigners who are direct investors in Vietnam (ĐT):

- Application for visa extension, Vietnam temporary residence extension Form NA5.

- The original passport of the foreigner is still valid.

- Investment license of the investor.

- Certificate of temporary residence of the local police where the foreigner temporarily resides in Vietnam.

5. Application file for enterprise visa (DN) extension for foreigners:

- Application for visa extension, Vietnam temporary residence extension Form NA5.

- The original passport of the foreigner is still valid.

- Certificate of temporary residence of the local police where the foreigner temporarily resides in Vietnam.

- Proofs (investment registration certificate, work permit ...) in case of extension of long-term visa
