- Original passport valid for use over 6 months as prescribed

- 2 4x6 cm photos (taken within 6 months of submission)

- Curriculum vitae

- Household registration book, identity card

- Health Certification

- Marriage certificate if any

- Judicial Records

- Qualification certificate if available

- An application for a completed labor visa with signed information

- Invitation letter from employer

- A letter of guarantee from the employer
