- Labor contract (true copy or certified copy of the company)

- Payroll of the last 3 months (copy, with a company seal) or confirmation of the latest 03 months salary (original certified by the company)

- An application for leave (original, certified by the company) clearly stated during the leave

** If the student

- Certificate of student's school

- Letter of absence (if during the school schedule)

- Written consent for the child to travel by parents with local confirmation (according to the form of consular)

- Certified copy of parent's passport (copy true copy)
