Visa procedures to Mexico

MEXICO TOURIST VISA

1. Passport (original, copy of the first page and pages with visa).

2. Two color photos, size 3x4cm, without glasses and must have a white background.

3. If you are not a Vietnamese citizen, please bring proof of your legal residence in Vietnam (original and photocopy).

4. Financial proof

Documents of real estate, real estate assets, papers of capital contribution issued by the competent authorities for a minimum of 2 years.

Minimum savings book of 200 million.

Account statements for the last 3 months

5. Proof of work

If employed: Notarized labor contract (minimum one year, worked for at least 1 year); payroll last 6 months; application for leave.

If the business owner: Copy of business license; statement of company account in the last 3 months; Corporate tax for the last 3 months.

If you are a university student: you need to present a certificate of student status, proof of income or scholarship with an average monthly income of 100 million VND (or the equivalent of any foreign currency) come on).

Duration of stay 180 days / Entry by air.

MEXICO WORKING VISA

VIETNAM:

- Passport (original, copy of the first page and pages with visa).

- Two 3x4cm photos - white

- Labor contract.

- Decision to nominate a business (including: full name, title, purpose of the trip, name and address of the company involved in Mexico, cost of the trip paid by whom)

- ID card of the company director

- Business registration / business license of Vietnamese company, 3 month corporate tax, 3 month corporate account statement

- Individual account statements of people traveling 3- 6 months

MEXICO:

- Invitation (original) (Scan invitations for validity verification): An organization, a state agency or a private organization invites foreign citizens to participate in activities without remuneration in Mexico territory.

The provisions of the invitation must state:

Full name, nationality and passport number of the visa applicant.

Company name or business registration name of the inviting party.

Business registration book of the inviting party.

Full address and contact information for the invitee.

Information about visa activities that visa applicants will take part in.

Estimated time of activities or projects in Mexico.

If applicable, indicate the commitment to assist the applicant during his / her stay in Mexico and ensure that he or she will return to their country of residence or residence.

Copy of identification document of person signing invitation letter.
