Because Vietnam does not have a direct flight to Macau but must fly through China, it is imperative that you make a combination of the Chinese visa when applying for a macao visa. If you are> 18 years old, you need a valid ID card or household registration book proof.

If children <= 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent, it is necessary to add a certified copy of the birth certificate, in case of no accompanying parent, a confirmation certificate of authorization is required.

When applying for a visa, a copy of the A4 paper must be added to the original, clear handwriting and content in the middle of the page, do not use thermal lamination fax paper.

Countries are exempt from Macau visa

 

Under Macau Immigration Department, citizens of the following countries are exempted from visa:

 

Citizens of Macau have Chinese passport SAR

Citizens with Hong Kong identity cards issued by the Hong Kong government will be allowed to stay for 1 year

Citizens with Hong Kong passports are allowed to stay in Macau for 7 days without a visa.

Citizens with British passports are allowed to stay in Macau for 6 months without a visa

Citizens of the following countries are allowed to stay in Macau for 9O days: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt , Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea (South), Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mali, Malta, Mexico, Mongolia Ancient, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Tanzania

Citizens of the following countries are allowed to Macau within 3O days: Australia, Canada, Chile, China, India, Indonesia, Kiribati, Malaysia, Monaco, Namibia, New Zealand, Philippines, Samoa, Seychelles, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand Lan, Turkey, Uruguay and the United States.

Macau transit visas apply to all of the above cases and those who continue their journey within another 48 hours provide a hold of their ticket and travel confirmation documents.
