To sucessfully pass the interview for China visa, preparation is fundermental. Here are a couple things you should take into consideration before the interview.
1. Passport, in original (with a minimum validity of six months) and a notarized copy
2. Original and notarized copy of ID card
3. A filled-in China visa application form
Note: the form must be written in CHinese or English. The information on the form must be compatible to that on the passport. If the children use the same passport as their parents, attach their photos on article 34 of the form. Write None or NA if there is no information.
4. Photographs of the specified size
+ 2 hotographs of the specified size (4x6cm). taken in the past 6 months
+ 1 photograph to attch to the form.
5. Proof of residense or residence permit
+ Notarized copy of ID card
+ Notarized copy of family registration book
+ A copy of birth certificate (if children accompany)
6. Proof of profession
+ Labour contract (original, notarized and translated copy)
+ Payslips in the last 3 months with bank stamps
+ Employment verification letter with company stamps (in English or bilingual)
+ Vacation request letter/ visa support form with company stamps (in English or bilingual)
7. Proof of finance
+ Saving account with 2000usd
+ Ownership certificate of household, car, land use...
+ In case you cannot provide any proof of finance, you can provide document of your relatives along with proof of relationship. If applicant is juvenile, an agreement letter from parents, proof of relationships or ownership certificate of household, car, land use... are required.
8. Travel documents
+ Hotel booking, roundtrip flight tickets and travel schedule
+ If you want to provide letter of invitation, this letter must include:
- Personal information of the invited: full name, sex, birthday, passport number
- Travel information of the invited: departure and arrival dates, destinations
- Information of the inviter (individual or agency): full name or name of agency
- Being punctual is very important when you do anything and especially going to an interview. Remember to arrive 15-20 minutes before the interview to check if you need anything and set yourself ready for the interview.
- How you answer the question really matters. This will decide if you pass or fail the interview. Just be relaxed and don't focus too much on the outcome.
- The interviewer might have put an eye on your gestures when you just step through the gate, line up and enter the interview room. If you can't answer some of their questions, just smile and relax.

+ Remember to greet the interview and give them a smile. These gesture will set a good impression on the interviewer
+ Answer questions clearly, forward and quick. Do not make lengthy answers.
+ In case you can't speak English, you can answer in Vietnamese
+ Be honest because they might have verify your information beforehand.

If the student visa's validity is more than 180 days, you need to provide 1 original and 1 copy of "Visa application for study in China" form JW201 and JW202. These two visas are issued based on the type of scholarship you receive from your school. The Chinese government will know what kind of visa they have to grant you and the school you are applying for will be responsible for telling you which application you should complete.
