Chinese visa is a legal document issued by the China Embassy, allowing foreigners to legally enter the country of China to work, travel, study, and trade. .
Depending on validity and entry times, Chin visas are divided into 4 types:
3- month single entry visas
- Applying for this type of visa, Vietnamese citizens will be able to enter China only once within 3 months of the visa validity, you can not stay over 30 days. 3-month single entry visas are suitable for those who travel for business or short- term work.
3- month mutiple entry visa
- For this type of visa, Vietnamese citizens can enter China up to 2 times within 3 months of the visa validity, and can stay in China for no more than 30 days. The date of entering China for the second time must be 30 days from teh first entry to China.
6-month multiple entry visa
- 6-month multiple entry visa are issued only for commercial visitors. With this type of visa, visitors are allowed to enter China up to 5 times during the 6 month of the visa validity and can stay China for 30 days at a time, and the next entry date into China must be at least 30 days from the previous entry.
- 6-month multiple entry visas need a minimum of 2 entry marks from China, which means you should have been to China at least 2 times with a 3-month single entry or double entry visa. Note: entering China through the border gate without a visa or by airplane but traveling with a group visa (No separate visa in the passport) are not counted as an entry time. If the new passport does not have enough visa stamps to China, it is necessary to submit the original of the old passport.
1-year multiple entry visa
- 1-year multiple entry visas are the ones that has the longest validity issued for commercial visitors. Like the above types of visa, visitors using this visa to enter China, are allowed to stay for 30 days at each entry, and the next entry must be at least 30 days from the previous entry.
- The maximum entries into China for this visa holder are 11 times within 1 year of validity.
-This type of visa needs a minimum of 7 entry marks from China, which means you should have been to China at least 7 times with a 3-month single entry/double entry visa or 6-month multiple entry visa. Note: entering China through the border gate without a visa or by airplane but traveling with a group visa (No separate visa in the passport) are not counted as an entry time. If the new passport does not have enough visa stamps to China, it is necessary to submit the original of the old passport.
