Korean marriage visa category (F-6)

Subjects to be granted:

Vietnamese people get married to Koreans, have completed all marriage procedures of the two countries and want to come to Korea with the purpose of living with their partners

Profile inviter prepared:

    Invitation letter (original, according to the form dated October 29, 2014 of LSQ), sealed (no need to be notarized).
    Certificate of marriage expenses.
    Certificate of marriage relation.
    Certificate of family ties.
    Letter of guarantee (original, made according to the LSQ form, stating the guarantee period (minimum 2 years, maximum 4 years), Korean husband's signature, seal, without notarization)
    Certificate of seal (original, issued at the People's Committee of the commune, ward of Korea, or by internet)
    International marriage program certificate (issued by the Administration Department, valid for at least 05 years to the date of application).
    Health certificate (original, including general examination, neurology, HIV, syphilis)
    Judicial record (original, issued by the Korean Police Department) for filing marriage documents and includes deleted judicial history.
    Proof of residence:
        Residence registration.
        House documents, lease agreement of husband (or parents-in-law).
        The addresses of the three above documents must be uniform and must be in the name of the parent or sibling's own, or the place of rent.
    Documents proving financial and professional capacity (required + documents for subjects)
        Income certificate (tax bureau) - required.
        Credit information inquiry form (issued by a bank association) - required.
        Employee (e.g. company employee).
            Employee certification.
            Copy of the company's business license.
        Business earners: (e.g. self-employed)
            Business confirmation letter.
            Farming papers.
            Certificate of agricultural trade.
        Other income earners (eg rent, pensions)
            Documents certifying income source.
            Bank transaction details.
            Social insurance.

Profile of invited person prepare:

    Visa application form (According to the Consulate's form, specify the contact phone number, paste the latest 4 × 6 picture).
    Passport (valid for at least 6 months to the date of submission, full date of birth).
    01 wedding photos (Wedding photos or family photos with 2 married parties present).
    Judicial record (Original copy issued by a provincial STP, certified English (or Korean) translation)
    Health certificate (original, examination at Phuoc An Medical Center (for website information)
    Documents related to communication:
        Certificate of Korean proficiency TOPIK (Certificate of level 1 or higher)
        Certificate of education authority (Primary course certificate (120-150 hours)
        Other documents (Immigration certificate in the country of the spouse over 1 year, documents related to Korean at the university or institute, proof of communication in another language)
    Notarized birth certificate (translated into English (or Korean), including back side (if any).
    Household registration (English (or Korean) notarized by the entire household registration (including pages with changes, corrections)).
    Report marriage context (Form LSQ).

Note: Working time: 25 days (from the date of receiving the file)

All documents must be valid for 3 months from the date of application (except for medical examination, which is valid for 6 months from the date of examination).
