Profile Preparation

You need to hand in both original and copy of your documents. In addition, your papers should be translated into France or English language. You can do it yourself or ask for help from notarized tranlation services.

Egypt visa application form must be completed clearly in English or Egyptian language, with signatures and exact application date. In case applicant is juvenile, parents' signatures are required.

Here are the required documents for Egypt visa application: a ICAO passport photograph,  passport in original with a minimum validity of six months and at least 2 blank page, family registration book, marriage registration( If married), travel health insurance.

If you're about to buy a travel insurance, look for insurance company that allow you to cancel your insurance in case your visa is disapproved. After that, you should provide travel information, roundtrip flight tickets, hotel booking, places to be visited, duration of stay in Egypt. 

A cover letter in English to express how much you love to travel to Egypt is recommended. This would help you in persuading the Embassy to issue your visa.

If you're employed, here are some other documents you need to prepare:

Proof of Profession: your name, position, starting date and end contract date, actual salary. 

If you're self-employed or a company owner, you need to provide business registration. 

If you're a landowner, you need to present houseownership certificate.

If you're retired, you need a proof of finance to prove that you're able to pay all expenses during your stay in Egypt; bank statements, bank balance, payslips in latest 3 months and saving accounts

If applicant is juvenile, parents's signatures, copy of parents' ID cards, family registration book are required. If applicant is not a juvenile yet, an authoraization letter signed by parents is required. All documents related to family relations must be notarized.
