Required documents for 1st time application:

• A filled-in short-term China visa application form

• Passport, in original (with a minimum validity of six months)

• 2 photograph of the specified size (3.3x4.8cm), attached on the form

• A copy of ID card

• Birth certificate/ Authorization letter (if a child is accompanied)

• a copy of Family registration book

• Vacation request letter (if applicant is employed)

• Certificate of business registration (if applicant is self-employed or a company owner)

• Pension book (If applicant is retired)

• Hotel booking and roundtrip flight tickets

• Other documents as requested

Embassy receive applicants' profiles and application fees on Mon- Fri from 2pm to 4pm (Vietnamese and chinese holidays are not included)
