Proof of residence

• Passport, in original (with a minimum validity of six months)

• A copy of Passport with personal information and visa stamps

• A copy of old passport (if any)

• A filled-in Schengen/ Netherlands visa application form.

• 2 photograph of the specified size (3.5x4.5cm)

• Proof of relatives in Vietnam ( such as family registration book)

• Proof of relationships with the visitor (birth certificate, marriage registration,etc) (if any)

If the applicant is under 18 or acompanied by a parent

• Birth certificate

• Personal document with parents' signature

• Parents agreement letter

• Confirmation letter from the court proving one parent has the child custody

Proof of Profession

• Labour contract/ Recruiment decision/ company's confirmation letter/Vacation request letter (if applicant is employed)

• Certificate of business registration (if applicant is self-employed or a company owner)

• Pension book/ Retirement decisions (If applicant is retired)

• Student vacation request letter (If applicant is a student)

Proof of Finance

If the invited pay for the trip, he/she needs to provide:

• Bank statements in the past  3 months

• House ownership or property certificate (if any)

If the inviter pays for the trip, he/she needs to provide:

• Labour contract with validity of 12 months from visa application date

• Payslips in the past 3 months or other proof of income

Travel documents

• Hotel booking and roundtrip flight tickets

• Travel insurance contract ( original and copy)

• Letter of Guarantee/ Invitation of the host in Netherlands
