Fill out the form

Passport valid for 06 months or more and at least 03 blank pages;

Round trip ticket to Peru (booking ticket), hotel booking.

Required image: - CD with image file (photo as follows: color photo, white background, passport size, 270 x 200 pxl, JPG format)

Household registration (copy)

Business confirmation letter

Insurrance

Financial proof: bank savings account in the name of the visa applicant

Proof of work status: if an employee: labor contract; If the business owner: business license

Trip dispatched by the Vietnamese host company (stating the purpose, duration of the trip, travel expenses for the company trip paid in full)

Invitation from Peru company (specify purpose, time and cost of the trip)

Interview: Visa applicants are required to be at the Peruvian Embassy in Hanoi

Results: Guests self-claimed in Hanoi

PERU TOURIST VISA

Profile include:

1. Fill in the visa application form + 3 × 4 card photo white background 02 sheets

2. Passport valid for 06 months or more and at least 03 blank pages; and all old passports if available. A photocopy of the personal information page (pages 2 and 3) on the passport and visa pages.

3. Round-trip ticket to Peru (with reservation code and name of the person going)

4. Hotel reservation in Peru (There is a reservation code and guest name. Note: the number of hotel reservation dates must be the same as the number of days of stay in Peru by round trip ticket.)

5. Travel itinerary (tour packages).

6. Send the card image is a color image, white background, passport size, JPG format to the email address: ketoan1@hgtech.vn

7. Letter of absence stating the purpose of the trip and length of stay in Peru, certified by the company.

8. Financial proof: if you are an employee: personal account statement within the last 3 months and a bank savings account in the name of the visa applicant is still valid until the date of visa application (*), if it is Business owners: The bank savings account in the name of the visa applicant is still valid until the date of visa application (*) and the company's tax payment confirmation within the last 3 months

9. Proof of work status: if an employee: labor contract; If the business owner: Business license (certified English or Spanish translation)

** Foreigners in Vietnam must have a permanent residence card and work permit in Vietnam
