TURKEY VISITOR VISA PROFILE:

( It takes 2-3 weeks to process the documents. Embassy will keep your passport during this time)

1. Personal profile:

- Passport, in original (with a minimum validity of six months)

- 2 photographs of the specified size (4x6)

- Notorized translated copies of ID card and family registration book

-  Photos of visas to developed countries.

-  Visa application form ( Profession, parents' names)

2. Proof of Finance: 

- Bank statements in latest 6 months. Bank balance must be at least 100,000,000vnd.

- Copy of saving book or bank statement with a minimum of 100,000,000 vnd with a term of 6 months or more.

3. Proof of Prorfession: 

a. If applicant is employed:

Labour contract

- If the document is in Vienamese=> notarized translation into English

- If the document is in English or bilingual=> need company stamps

Vacation request letter:

- If It's in Vienamese: notarized translation into English

- If It's in English or bilingual: original and signed and sealed

- If the letter has a bilingual electronic signature: company stamped and sealed.

b. If applicant is self-employed or company owner:

Notarized Certificate of business registration

c. If applicant is retired:

Notarized Retirement decisions

d. If applicant is under 16:

Notarized Translated Birth Certificate. 

If the applicant is not accompanied by parents, an authorization letter is required.

Note:

1. If you do not have documents for 2 and 3, House renting contract, house ownership certificate or saving accounts with more than 1 billion vnd can be used as alternative. 

2. If the documents are in Vietnamese, translation fee is 1,000,000vnd/profile
