Applicant's representative agency needs to provide:

• Decision to send employee to work overseas

• Certificate of business registration

• Proof of business relations : contracts,  papers of goods import-export, decision to open a branch company (Nigerian investor)

• Tax papers in the past 3 months

• Proof of Finance: if the agency is in charge of travel expenses

Nigerian company needs to provide:

• Inviation letter  stating purpose, time and schedule of the trip, who is in charge of travel expenses.

• If the company is in charge of travel expenses, proof of finance: bank statements, etc is required.

Short-stay Nigeria business visa

• A filled-in application form for Short-stay Nigeria business visa

• Passport, in original (with a minimum validity of six months)

• 2  photograph of the specified size

• Copy of Visa Certificate issued by the General Department of Immigration, including the applicant's name and TWP number

• Copy of Certificate of incorporation of the Company / Recruitment Agency in Nigeria.

• A visa application form from the employer / recruitment agency in Nigeria, enclosed with a copy of Job offer letter stating the job of the visa applicant

• Copy of travel schedule or flights ticket (WHEN NEEDED)

• Letter of recommendation from a company / agency in Vietnam

Nigeria long-stay visa

Required documents for Nigeria long-stay visa application are:

• Passport, in original (with a minimum validity of six months)

• 4 filled-in business visa application forms

• 4 copies of recruitment letter

• 4 copies of letter of job acceptance

• 4 copies of visa quota approval

For applicants above 18 years old
