Required documents for Chinese Visa Application

Visa application form uses the Embassy's form.
2 photos 4x6cm, white background, face straight.
Original passport (valid for more than 6 months and blank visa page).
Coppied identity card (notarized).

Coppied birth certificate (notarized) in case of accompanying children.

Employment contract or appointment / employment decision (if this is the first time visa application).
Depending on the type of visa, you need to add additional accompanying documents as follows

Types of Visa	Required documents
Visa D (resident)	Application for certification of permanent residency. Application for a certificate of permanent residency issued by family members are currently living in China shall be registered at the police station in the host city.
Visa Z (start up)	This visa is authorized to work in the People's Republic of China. Invitation letter to work or identity card of the unit (agency, company ...) in China (can accept mail or telegram).
Visa X (academic)	Certificate Admission. Identification card of receiving unit or managing unit. Health Certification.
Visa F (interview, survey)	The telegram of the unit will be interviewed or surveyed.
Visa L (tourist)	The certificate of the travel agent. Sufficient spending certificate to travel to China
