I. Procedure apply China tourist visa

- ID card copy, 2 photos 4x6 white background (requires clear photo, forehead, ears, wearing a dark shirt), passport (valid over 6 months)

II. Procedure for applying China work visa, China business visa

- Invitation and business registration on the China side (accept scan by mail)

- Decision on sending business trip and notarized business registration on Vietnam side 

- Long-term employment contract, ID card copy 2 photos 4x6 white background (requires clear photo, exposed forehead, ears, wearing a dark shirt), passport (valid over 6 months)

- Household registration photo (for cases of going abroad for the first time)

- Return flight ticket, hotel booking

- China visa application form

III. Procedure for applying China student visa

- Passport: valid for 6 months or more, the original passport has a blank page and 01 photocopy of the information page with photos.

- An application form for student visa go to China to study has been completed, printed and signed. Visa application form to China can be downloaded at the Embassy's official website.

- Originals and photocopy of proof of residence or legal residence in the host country: It maybe temporary residence, permanent residence, workplace.

- Highest academic degree, , transcript, Chinese language certificate as prescribed.

- A nortarized copy of household registration book, identity card on both sides.

- Letter of recommendation from school in China that you'll study, with information about the course.

- Documents proofing of financial capability to pay for studying and living in China: A scholarship or finacial certificate from parent.

- Health certificate from a legal health facility.

IV. Applying for procedure China work visa

- Original passport vaild over 6 months as prescribed.

- China visa application form is filled in with personal information and has a full signature.

- 2 photos 4x6cm (taken within 6 months of the date of submission).

- Documents proving the reason for exit, transit and Z visa (labour) registration.

V. Procedure for China family visit visa

- Application form for visa to visit China (you will fill in this form)

- Passport (valid longer than 6 months from the date of receipt of the visa)

- Provide 2 photos 4x6cm (should be white, latest photo near the date of visa submission)

- Curriculum vitae (requires confirmation of from local authorities)

Prove a relationship with relatives in China by providing the following documents:

- Birth certificate

- ID card copy

- Household registration book proving personal relationship.

- Marriage registration if your relatives get married to Chinese.

- Student visa/work visa is still valid (if relatives are studying/living in China)

Invitation from relatives in China (requires information from local authorities)

- Address, telephone number of relative.

- Proof of financial capacity
