The IAA International Driver's License is used in 192 countries. The replacement does not need to be present to confirm the photograph as it was issued by Vietnam.

Note: All National Driver's License can be changed to the IAA International Driver's License for global use. A Vietnamese driver or a foreigner who requires a driver's license issued by any country can change to an IAA driver's license.
