Step 1: Prepare the necessary information to fill out an online passport application form.

For citizens with permanent residence and temporary residence in the remaining districts.

Citizens with permanent and temporary residence registration in Nam Tu Liem and Bac Tu Liem districts can work in both of the aforementioned places.

►Working time:

+ From Monday to Saturday weekly (Except Sundays and holidays).

+ Morning: 8h - 11h30.

+ Afternoon: 1:30 - 4:30.

+ Particularly Saturday only work in the morning.

Step 3: - Bring your original identity card (still valid) to the Immigration Department registered online to do the admission procedure. (If you are a resident of a province with a temporary residence book, you must bring the original temporary residence book and passport application form certified by the locality where you live.)

- Go to the photo table, arrange your identification card in turn and wait for your name.

- In case of passport for children under 14 years old need to prepare more:

+ 01 X01 declaration (form below), which is certified and stamped by a police officer of the ward, commune or township where the child permanently or temporarily resides.

+ 02 4x6cm sized photos with straight face, bare head, white background.

+ 02 copies of the child's birth certificate (Bring 1 copy and 1 copy of the child's birth certificate). If the applicant is a foster parent, guardian, guardian (decision to recognize adoption or legal documents proving to be a foster parent, guardian) sign the declaration and submit on behalf of the child.

Step 4: Complete the procedure:
